How to measure your windows for Wooden Venetian Blinds
Follow these easy steps on how to measure your window for your wooden Venetian blinds. Firstly you need to decide if you would like to fit your Wooden Venetian Blind outside the recess or inside the recess.

Recess Size
- Take 3 measurements for the width of the window recess as shown in the picture.
- Use the smallest of these measurements.
- Do the same for the drop, again taking the smallest measurement.
- Do not deduct anything from the drop measurement.
- The drop includes any pelmets or valances at the top of the blind.
For recess measurements we will deduct 1cm from the width.

Exact Size
- Measure the exact area you would like the blind to cover, as shown in the pictures below.
- The drop includes any pelmets or valances at the top of the blind.
- Your wooden Venetian blind with be made to the exact size you specify.
