Staff Team

Pickering Manor has a dynamic and growing team of professionals who are committed to providing a warm and friendly environment and to setting the standard for quality service.

Michelle Knobloch Michelle Knobloch is the Executive Director at Pickering Manor and has over 25 years of experience in the long-term care industry.  She is a licensed nursing home administrator and received her degree in Social Work from Western Kentucky University. She has been at Pickering since 1996.
David Woodhead David Woodhead is the Assistant Administrator and Director of Finance.  He has been in the long-term care industry for over 11 years.  He received his degree in accounting from Temple University.  He has been at Pickering since 2010.
Terry Ziegler Terry Ziegler, RN is the Director of Nursing.  She started her career as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant).  She then worked as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for 10 years.  She has been working as a nurse in the long-term care industry for 30 years.
Jacqui Bentivoglio Jacqui Bentivoglio, RN is one of our Assistant Directors of Nursing.  She started her career at Pickering in 2007 as a pool nurse.  Jacqui obtained her RN degree from Gwynedd-Mercy College.  She also has a BS from Elizabethtown College.
Meghan Berks Meghan Berkins, RN is one of our Assistant Directors of Nursing.  She had also started her career at Pickering in 2007 as a pool nurse.  She started as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) and received her RN from Bucks County Community College.  Meghan also has a BS from Temple University.
Donna Van Schaick Donna Van Schaick is the Personal Care Administrator.  She joined Pickering Manor in 2006 in the Human Resource Department. In 2007 she moved into Personal Care as the Administrator. She is a Medication Administration Trainer certified through DPW (Department of Public Welfare).
Meri Barboni Meri Barboni is the Director of Social Services and Admission at Pickering Manor.  She has a MA from Cairn University and also a BA in teaching.  She has been with Pickering Manor since April 2010.
John Scheetz John Scheetz is the Director of Environmental Services at Pickering Manor and has been in the long-term care industry over 24 years.  John has been with Pickering since 2006.
Vanessa Deussing Vanessa Deussing is the Director of Fundraising/Development and Marketing. She has over 5 years of fundraising and development experience in the healthcare industry.  She has BA degree from La Salle University in Communication.  She has been with Pickering since 2012.
Alice Narlis Alice Ann Narlis is the Human Resources Director at Pickering Manor.  She has built her 20 years of experience by working as a generalist in different functions of Human Resources and Benefits. Alice holds a Bachelor’s degree from Holy FamilyUniversity and attended the Wharton School, of the University of Pennsylvania for advanced knowledge in the areas of Health and Welfare and Employee Compensation through the CEBS (Certified Education Benefits Program).  She has been with Pickering Manor since 2009.
Andrea Eells Andrea Eells is the Director of Activities.  Her team plans and coordinates facility-wide events and excursions for the residents.  Andrea manages a team of three and has been with Pickering Manor since September 1999.
Katie Stauter

Katie Stauter is the Director of Dining Services for Pickering Manor.  She is a certified Dietary Manager. She comes to us from Lehigh Carbon Community College in Hotel Restaurant Management.  She has been with Pickering Manor since 2009.

Lavonne Midberry

Lavonne Midberry, LPT is the Program Manager and Physical Therapist at Pickering Manor.  She received a BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri.  She has been a Physical Therapist since 1972 and has been with Pickering since 1997.
